Bootstrap 3 1v1 layout with psd?

Hi, just started migrating from bootstrap 2 to bootstrap 3. Nothing difficult. But here the question arises: how to make 1v1 layout with psd layout using col-md- and col-sx-?
In version bootstrap 2 - at least it was possible to fit the span grid to fit you.
And what about the new version?
I have the impression that you still need to use your own styles for the blocks - so that they match the layout, and the col-md col-sx grid elements are needed only for responsive design, or rather for various displays?

What prevents you from adjusting the grid for yourself in bootstrap 3 as well as in the 2nd version?

it is possible, but not for all blocks (col-md-1 ... col-md-12) through the configurator ... it's just that there are situations that div blocks can be of different widths and heights - col-md-is not enough for all =)
