BootMgr is missing?

I downloaded a fresh image of debian amd64, linuc mint from the office. site, downloaded unetbootin in windows, wrote it to a USB flash drive, chose to boot from a USB flash drive in bios, I got bootmgr is mising, press crtl-alt-delete, what's the problem? Tried ubuntu 15 on ntfs flash drive via ultraiso boot error

The system cannot find the boot initialization files on the flash drive.

swap Unebootin for Rufus, YUMI, etc.

There is no bootloader on the flash drive. Unetbootin often for some reason does not write a bootloader, especially under Windows. If you did it under Windows, it's better to use rufus.

Setting priorities for additional devices in the BIOS can help - Additional Cards should be the first. Had the same problem. Helped.
