Booting windows not from disk **C** (force boot sector (record) to run windows from disk *D*)?

I wanted to speed up my computer.
The old motherboard (z77 mpower) without a connector for ssd and, accordingly, the bios does not see ssd.
I bought an adapter for a PCI-Express video card.
Windows sees the disk.
Tell me which program is better to clone a Windows disk (partition) and WHICH MAIN THING is which program and HOW?
