Why won't Ubuntu bootable flash drive open?

I want to install Ubuntu. I uploaded the image first through unetbootin, then I tried the universal USB installer ..
And in both cases, after choosing USB-HDD as the first boot device, it just hangs on the Loading operating system ..

Have you checked the hash sum of the image?

@renzi

maybe due to the fact that the bios is old, try to flash / update
and usb hdd is an external hard drive, it is better to install from a USB flash drive

If a new machine with UEFI - format the flash drive in FAT32 and reset the files from the image to the root - it should boot.
