Books on HTML

Hello! Can you please tell me books about the correct layout of web 2.0?
Where something like “how to layout ajax buttons” would be described, whether to use, for example, div for them, or input button; about custom page elements, when to use span, etc.

A person asks about layout, and you give him links containing links to books about PHP, Rails,
JavaScript and Flash != web design
Zeldman, Nielsen, Dubakov(!) and the website pepelsbey.net (website of colleague Vadim Makeev) - start, for example, with Semantic layout. Part 1 . It’s also a good idea to study everything that was published on Webmascon (now there is a parasitic iframe, but I already wrote to the guys).
Simply, if we start with Kirsanov and Lebedev, then we may lose a successful and talented layout designer in the future ...

I won’t tell you books, you need to dig towards semantics on your question
. Interesting materials:
web-standards.ru/category/articles/
pepelsbey.net/
vimeo.com/channels/wstdays In
general, look towards the topic of semantics in various articles.

From what has been written and published in Russian over the past 10 years, the most sensible (accessibility of perception) and competent book is, of course, “Creating Web Pages: The Art of Layout” by Mikhail Dubakov (ISBN 985-475-056-6 ).
After studying it, you have a great chance to learn how to create serious cross-browser layouts.
Any other books I've seen are just a retelling of the markup language documentation or non-illustrative examples of the use of its capabilities.
Mikhail Dubakov - this is our, domestic, Jeffrey Zeldman, I hope this name is already familiar to you.
