Booklet Scanner

There is a need to scan insurance policies. They are sheets of various sizes fastened in the upper left corner.

Having rummaged through the Internet, the next model of the E-loam S300 portable scanner was found.

E-loam S300

Today they turned it over in their hands, to put it mildly, the quality leaves much to be desired. I would like for the proposed price (and this thing costs as much as 31,000 rubles) to have something more reliable.

Are there any alternatives, or other ways to solve the problem of scanning brochure documents without stitching them?

We are already looking at the HD Webcam + a frame ordered from some KB.

It turns out very long. I forgot to clarify - a real-time video stream from the camera is required.
That is, he put it down, pressed the button, in a second it was “photographed” and saved, turned over further.
