Bookkeeping system/software for a small grocery store
Good afternoon,
I ask you to suggest a system / program for bookkeeping in a small grocery store (vegetables / bread). Accounting for goods, cash registers, income / expenses, salaries to sellers, etc. is required. Are there opensource solutions (requirements are not high)? I don’t see the point in buying specialized programs + cost. It is desirable cross-platform system/program (under linux).
Maybe it's easier to do bookkeeping in openoffice calc? In this case, are there templates that can be modified to fit your needs?
Thank you.

From one accountant I heard: “In our country it makes sense to use only 1C. It is the only system that responds to changes in the various forms established by our state. Of course, the system is still bad, but other systems are even worse, although they may look good.
For what I bought, for that I sell, but I think the way it is. Or excel for simple calculations, but then 1c.
Look, it might work:

True Shop is a program for automating small shops. Just suitable in cases where complex accounting is not required, but a simple and functional working program for the store is needed. Look here: http;//osinavi.ru
