Book on Rails 3 in Russian or English?

I would like to have something similar to "Agile development of web applications in the Rails environment" (with an example of an application that is written in the course of the story), but for the third rail. And in general it will be good if there is about RSpec in the same place.

As already mentioned above, there is no relevant literature and I think it will not. The rail community is too fast for slow transfers and all that nonsense.

The fact is that there is still no actual literature in Russian even for the second rail.

I may somehow not express myself clearly, but right in the title of the question it says "... OR ENGLISH" and further in the text of the question "... THIS IS ABOUT THE THIS BOOK". The real one is paper in my understanding.
