Book on OOP in PHP by Matt Zandstra. Is there a big difference between 4th and 5th edition?

Hello. I started reading the 4th edition of M. Zandstra's book "PHP. Objects, Templates and Programming Methods" in Russian. It's frustrating that it still uses PHP version 5 instead of version 7, and also doesn't mention Composer. Recently came across the 5th edition of the same book, but in English. Is there anyone who has studied it? Does the 4th and 5th editions have different code templates, or does the new edition just have a few chapters replacing/expanding the previous edition? Is it worth it to read the 4th edition and then finish reading a couple of chapters from the 5th or the 4th is already completely out of date and it is better to read the 5th right away?
In principle, there are no problems with English, but Russian is still perceived easier.
Thanks for the answer.

Honestly, I did not notice any significant changes. Basically, the book was just an addition. From obvious differences: now the code of examples corresponds to PSR, also the section about version control systems has been rewritten with an emphasis on Git.
