Bluetooth takes a long time looking for devices in linux mint?

I work under linux mint.
I bought myself headphones that work via bluetooth.
There are no problems on the phone, they work fine, but bluetooth in Linux is constantly looking for devices.

What should I do?

mb turned off fn+f6 f7, etc.
set rfkill
if blocked by BT
or unblock all
