Blue screen - what's the problem?

Can you please tell me what is causing this error and how to fix it?
(I don’t do anything “heavy”, sometimes it’s just 2-3 tabs in the browser open. I recently added two RAM modules, maybe it’s them?)

Check RAM and HDD. Perhaps the problem is with them. Or else I found a possible reason - a problem with the processor power driver
Below I will list the steps to disable this driver. For most, this helps fix 0x0000007E.
1.Go into safe mode (press F8 when turning on the PC).
2.Go to Start >> Run (Win+R) and type regedit.
3.Go to the directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Intelppm
4.In the window that appears, replace the value of the “Start” or “Start” item with 4.
In general, it is useful to be able to use Google
