Blocks in Django templates not displaying text?

Good afternoon, dear connoisseurs and experts. The question is asked by the student of programming.
I'm doing a video tutorial. I registered everything as there, but does not display the text in the template through blocks. I open the page, and the container block is empty. What could be the problem? I am attaching screenshots. I've been suffering for a while now.

You have home.html and base.html in the same directory
1. Specify {% extends 'base.html' %}in home.html
2. Are you rendering home.html ? So?
