Blocking site visits in Google Chrome

Good evening!

I would like to know if there are extensions for Google Chrome that track ACTIVE visits to sites (that is, when not just a tab is open in the background, but the user reads exactly it, clicks on links, etc.).

I want to forbid myself to sit for a long time on some sites, for example, VKontakte. However, I want to leave the ability to listen to music there (the tab will be inactive at this time).

Bottom line: an extension is required that counts the active viewing time of this site, if the limit is exceeded, it closes the site and does not allow you to go there for a day (you can until the end of the day).

PS I already installed StayFocusd, but the time when the tab is inactive and I just listen to music, this extension also takes into account what is bad.
