Faced with the problem that microsoft and steam services see a pool of our IP addresses as if they were from the Crimea, but through whois it is clear that the localization of these addresses is in Kyiv. We tried to write to their support and got the answer "To determine your location, we use a database of a third-party company. Unfortunately, we cannot change your region manually or add your IP address to the" white "list. You need to resolve this issue with the support of the provider. ", but did not indicate where exactly to write and from which services they receive registration databases.
From our side, they left requests in several services for registering databases of ip addresses, but they did not receive a response.
In general, the question is: perhaps someone has encountered this problem and can tell which services to contact so that they re-register our addresses and update the databases?
