I know how to get coordinates, but I don’t know how to display the user’s street and house ... is it possible to do this without Yandex and Google maps, but simply display "Are you here?" and give his address.

Well, it’s possible without maps, but you still have to use the geocoder of either Yandex or Google. How exactly is described in detail on their website.
