Blocked .htaccess in MODX?

Hello, such a problem, there is no way to edit or delete the .htaccess file (a lock is drawn next to it), and when deleting or trying to rename, the message "The web server does not have enough rights to delete the file" pops up. How can this be overcome?

Ignore the padlock, it just means the .htaccess file. And for editing and deleting, you need rights that can be edited on the hosting through the hosting control panel or FTP. Usually, 644 permissions are enough to edit a file through CMS .
