Blender 2.75, nVidia GTS 450 & CUDA, everything is there, but Blender swears, why?

I installed the latest drivers from the nVidia website (352.21), then downloaded the latest version of CUDA (7.0) from the same site, after all this I went to the Blender website and downloaded the most stable version 2.75 there and installed it on the computer. But here such a dirty trick appeared, like the fact that Blender doesn’t see that I have firewood on the video card, what CUDA costs and it says to me in the settings that I’m sorry dude, but you don’t have a vidyuhi with CUDA :(

It is likely that 331 came with the CUDA installation either as a dependency or when the system was installed.
Try reinstalling all packages, but only through the package manager.
