Blender 2.75, nVidia GTS 450 & CUDA, everything is there, but Blender swears, why?

And so all the good time of the day, dear toasters. So this is the problem I have and the question with it. I installed the latest drivers from the nVidia website (352.21), then downloaded the latest version of CUDA (7.0) from the same site, after all this I went to the Blender website and downloaded the most stable version 2.75 there and installed it on the computer. But here such a dirty trick appeared, like the fact that Blender doesn’t see that I have firewood on the video card, what CUDA costs and it says to me in the settings that I’m sorry dude, but you don’t have a vidyuhi with CUDA :(
Help solve the problem ...
You will understand everything from the screenshots (and, as you can see on the first screenshot, I don’t understand why I have different versions of firewood written everywhere on the map :( although I only put 352's):

Here on the screenshot you can see that Blender offers I only need a CPU to calculate the render :(

But on this screen, the fact is that when installing Wine through the Ubuntu center, it gives me the following message, that he wants to remove something related to nVidia and here I don’t understand what it has to do with Vine and firewood :(

It is likely that 331 came with the CUDA installation either as a dependency or when the system was installed.
Try reinstalling all packages, but only through the package manager.
