Black screen with blinking cursor when booting Ubuntu. What to do?

At first, I didn’t want to boot from a flash drive without the nomodeset flag, now it’s ... Already tired of installing it. Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling? It seems that as far as I understand, it is necessary to edit the bootloader and put down nomodeset for it too. But I don’t know how to do it ... The main thing is to boot up and update the drivers at least once. They are 100% problematic.

Do you have a black screen cursor after loading ubuntu? or before it? MB just does not reach grub? or the bootloader does not transfer control to the OS?

@Olej

But I don't know how to do it...

I assume that you have an unusable video adapter driver (but you don’t write what and how?).
And Ubuntu boots up for you, but without X11, without graphics - here you have a "blinking cursor on boot".
Switch to another text console (Ctrl+Alt+F2, Ctrl+Alt+F3, etc.) and use console commands to correct the position.
