Black dots on socket. What is the problem?

I created another question here but it didn't get the right answers, I think because of the wording.

I bought a new processor (Ryzen 5 2600). Before that there was an Athlon 200GE that worked.
When installing the processor, I made a mistake, maybe not me, but the cooler had a very tight clamp, when on one side the "patch" of the cooler pressed on the processor, then on the other side the processor came out of the socket mount (I know that it is possible and not critical, but still)
