Bitrix24 administrator can't login?

Bitrix24 is based on Virtualbox. No changes were made to the configuration, the network was not rebuilt.
One fine day, the first 3 users with administrator rights stopped logging in. I tried from different browsers, with and without a firewall, from local ip and from external. The authorization page opens well, then we enter the login and password, click enter and "waiting for a response from" ip-address ". After a few minutes, the browser may issue 504 Gateway Timeout. During this wait, the authorization page does not open from other browsers / computers.
All others employees log in without problems.
On the test machine, I restored a backup of a week ago - the same thing.
Tell me what to do... Is there something in the network settings? Servers? Virtual machines?
PS: Bitrix technical support responds terribly slowly.

It looks like you are getting the page from the cache. Base not running.
