Faced a problem, I do not know where to dig.
The site hung quietly at the address for several months, under development.
One fine day, such "beauty" began to appear for anonymous users.
When you reset the cache in the browser, the page appears, with a subsequent update - again the same thing.
Only the administrator is ok. There's no such thing. The admin is working.
Reset the cache in the admin panel - everything works.
The site hangs on a dedicated server, on ubuntu.
At the moment, I turned off caching, opcache is disabled.
Tell me, in which direction to "dig" with this problem?

philistine - save the page as .gz and unpack it in bulk, if possible - hit the admin for the headers or Cloudflare
