Bitrix: how to display common parts of several templates?

There is a layout. There are several templates for different pages.
I would like to try to make them through the regular functionality, and not through GetCurPage.

But there is a problem, in copies of templates there are repeating parts: connection of styles, meta tags. Is there a way to use multiple templates but keep the repetitive code in one place?
