This error constantly flies, out of 5 unloading times 1 passes normally. I rebooted the server before unloading, cleared the ops, changed configs everywhere, nothing helps.

Perhaps the data packages during import from 1C are too large.

MySQL server has gone away - as I understand it, this did not attract your attention?
Add to the file if your hosting allows you to increase the limits:
