The task is to change the responsible person from the transaction immediately in the transaction + company + contact in Bitrix CRM Corporate Portal. I don’t have any experience with Bitrix, I’m looking in the templates for both the system and individual components where the form for choosing the person responsible for the transaction is generated in order to modify it and I can’t find it.
The TP gave a tip on the crm.entity.quickpanelview component and the CCrmLead::Update method. But I don't care how it needs to be initialized first.

You do not need to change the appearance of the transaction for this, and you do not need to touch crm.entity.quickpanelview either.
You must subscribe to the OnAfterCrmDealUpdate event and initiate the search and change of responsible items for linked things in it. Also, if you want to change those responsible for deals when the person responsible for the company changes, you need to subscribe to the OnAfterCrmCompanyUpdate event as well.
