Bitrix Corporate portal business process, how to add a time trigger?

There is a business process for creating a lead, which is triggered by certain events and sends a notification to a group of users with a request for action. Is it possible to do this if, for example, no one from the group has done anything for 30 minutes (the status of the lead has not changed), send the notification again?

Just like you described, no, BUT!
If the BP has statuses, then you can make a separate status for confirmation.
Set a timeout for an event of 30 minutes, and check whether they have been completed in a different status. In case of failure - return again to the same status.
The implementation is worse, but the case decides.
