Bitmap fonts like in windows terminal but as ttf?

Interested in the use of fonts (in graphic design and development environment - i.e. you need a typical ttf), which are known as bitmaps in the Windows console. Not analogues, of which there are many, but these fonts. For example, this:

Or this:

I have been looking for a long time. Do you know where you can find the subject?

The second is Fixedsys. You can immediately take this extended version from www.fixedsysexcelsior.com/

I found a chopped TTF font, like in a Unix terminal, containing most of the utf8 characters.
Details: parses.blogspot.com/2013/11/terminal-font-for-visual-studio.html .
