Bitlocker and user profile on another drive. How to download?

Background:
There are two disks on the computer - SSD (C :) and HDD (D :), the user profile is stored on D:. Bitlocker was enabled on both drives.
I assume that the encryption is not 100% complete (on the D: drive, it is likely, on the C: it is more likely to end). However, according to the description of MS, this is not a problem - you can even cut off the power in a hard way, but I had a reboot due to the update.
The keys were written to the MS profile.

What now:
When loading, it comes to the stage of entering the user's PIN / password. But there is an error User Profile Service failed to log on . During the boot process, it asks for the Bitlocker password and successfully accepts it (I assume that only for the C: system drive).

What tried to do:
AdminPE. Command line in the form of manage-bde, as well as a graphical version (right click on the drive, open Bitlocker).
The password is not accepted, nor is the recovery key (no recovery files).

In theory, it would be possible to transfer the user profile to the C: drive or make a new one temporarily, but even the command line is not available to me.

Any ideas?

In short, I answer myself.
1. It boots from the installation disk
2. We start the installation
3. In the process, it itself asks for a password (I remind you, it is known)
4. As a result, it offers recovery and the ability to boot in safe
5. Next, decrypt both disks via cmd (the procedure is long)
6. All .

@akelsey

The password is not accepted, nor is the recovery key (no recovery files).

Well, there’s magic in general - we can turn on the numluk, the layout, it’s clear that I’m asking the obvious, the partition on the laptop is encrypted with a bitlocker - winpe opens it perfectly with the correct password.
