Hello everyone, I have a password for bios, which I forgot a long time ago (I haven’t used the laptop for more than half a year)! I read on the Internet that you need to have a windows boot disk, then boot from it, open a command line there, enter debug.exe, then enter o702E, o71FF and at the end enter q. The funny thing is that I have a boot disk, but in order to boot from it you need to set the parameter to bios, but it is also blocked!?!?‍♂️I’ll say right away that I can go to the desktop, so I wrote all these commands from there, but when you enter o702E , it displays an error ( Error ), what should I do?
Can I reset the password somehow, through the registry editor, or am I doing something wrong????

Disconnect the bios battery and insert after 10 minutes - the settings will fly off.

If Windows x64 - then of course nothing will work.
You can also pull out the hdd, and it may be possible to boot from cdrom or usb.

In my opinion, your recipe is from the times of Windows 98. It is hardly relevant now.
The correct solution is only to disconnect the battery, if there is one!
You cannot disassemble the laptop yourself - contact your friends, acquaintances or service.
