BIOS is loading all the time, how to overcome?

Good afternoon.
They brought the Asus X550C laptop to be made, when turned on, instead of Win 8, the BIOS is loaded. Win 8 is not included in the recovery environment (with the F9 key pressed), it enters the BIOS again already tormented, where to dig?
Win8 license was pre-installed on the laptop, I tried all the settings in the BIOS, there is a drweb live cd recovery disk in the system. Direct gentlemen, where to dig.

1. First of all, what can be seen in the BIOS from boot devices? If nothing, then it should not boot, but should return to the BIOS or display a line like "No boot devices found".
2. If something from the boot is observed, then play around with the BIOS modes. For example, enable / disable UEFI, return to default settings by resetting CMOS, and so on.
3. With any advanced partition manager, make sure that there is an active (bootable) partition on the disk. In Acronis DD, it is marked with a red flag.
4. Check if there is a bootloader on the boot partitions. Repair it - in the MBR markup, this is done by utilities like BootICE (there are many of them), but I don’t know how in UEFI, but I think there should also be something.
