Bios does not work, Windows is not installed, what should I do?

Hello everyone, a friend asked me to see what happened to her computer, her son deleted all partitions of the hard disk when installing windows, the installation failed and it just doesn’t start anymore. When the system starts, the initial picture of Acer appears, after which a black screen with the inscription (Checking Media) after which an error in the blue window with the inscription

Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failer
Insert Recovery Media and Hit Any key
Then Select "Boot Manager" to choose a new boot Device or to boot Recovery Media

After that, Boot Manager opens in it there are only two options

1.Network Boot IPV4 : 20-1A-06-E3-67-0B
2.Network Boot IPV6 : 20-1A-06-E3-67-0B

I inserted a USB flash drive with the installation Windows 10 and also inserted a USB flash drive with a Life CD.
I inserted the installation disk with Windows 10, too, without it being useful. There are no
new boot options from a USB flash drive or disk in Boot Manager. The
BIOS DOES NOT OPEN how many times I tried everything without any useful opening. I know for sure that the BIOS opened on the DEL key, I can’t imagine what to do, I tried everything. Here BIOS UEFI is
Notebook model: Acer Aspire E1-510, any options how would I restore the system?

With these truncated EFIs, there are eternal problems, here you need to either rebuild the Windows distribution and sew firewood into it for a specific laptop so that it sees the flash drive or raise tftp and try to load it over the network. Bo these laptops are sharpened under the pre-installed system. And yes, you won't be able to install anything older than Win8 on EFI and GPT. 7 does not support these modes.
