Bind SSH certificate to RDP client

There is a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with a domain and a raised certificate service.
The Online Responder and templates for issued certificates are configured.
The root authority certificate is specified through Remote Desktop Services.
There is a workstation in the domain on Windows 8.1 with RDP connection enabled.
Requested and received a certificate from the root authority.
How to specify for the RDP connection not the self-signed certificate (by default) but the certificate issued by the root center?
