How can I access a server that does not have a "white" IP address?

There is a server that is connected to a proxy, and accordingly does not have a white IP address.
How could one configure remote access to this server from the Internet?

through a cheap vps, raise vpn for about 2 euros per month. If you search, you can find for 1.
If the proxy has white static, then forward the server port to the outside.
If the proxy is a Linux server, then through the ssh tunnel.

through port forwarding from any server from this network that has a white address.

And another option - from the server router to another server with a permanent IP (yes, at least to the home one), from where you need access - raise IPSec. And walk through it. Works even when the server hangs in the village behind a 4g modem with a gray dynamic IP.
