Knowledgeable and experienced, please advise what / how / with_help_what would be the easiest way to parse an excel file with addresses grouped by sheets and further display these "addresses" on YandexMaps on your hosting?
I ask you this question, because would not like to walk on a rake
python + js? Or is everything in js?

There are at least two issues here.
The first is parsing an excel file, it is convenient to implement it in Python.
The second is the actual conclusion, here it is better to start from which stack you are better familiar with.
You want js, you want python.
