Best library/best PHP framework for working with files?

At the moment I managed to create a more or less good version of the cloud, but the design leaves much to be desired, the file names are stupidly listed, and it is difficult to distinguish which file you have chosen, I would like each individual type to have its own picture like in Droopbox, the ability to select several files at once, the ability to transfer files from a computer to the cloud by simply dragging them into the browser window, what to use in this case?
