There is an AMD FX 8300 processor, as well as an Asus M5A78L-M LX3 motherboard with PCI-E 2.0 x16. Actually the question is: what is the maximum level of a video card that can be watched without performance loss due to PCI-E 2.0? Loved the 1060 6GB, but can it run 100%?

16 PCI-E 2.0 lanes are enough for the eyes. All the bandwidth still can not be eaten. Brakes will be noticeable only when the card's memory is full, when it starts using RAM.

Yes 1060 will work 100%. I have fx 8320e overclocked to 4.4mhz pulling 1070 almost everywhere.
