How to connect a disk array to a server?

Hello. The server (proliant with scsi adapter) has debian installed. There is a disk array. On the web, I created a raid array on it. There was a problem connecting and defining this array with a server. The adapter has a BIOS and it sees the array, but there are no settings like "connect the server and the array", I did not find any drivers on the Internet either. Please tell me how this problem is usually solved.
UPD
Hardly knocked out the second such server on which there is windows server 2012r2. Undefined devices hang in devices. I still can't find drivers. I would be grateful if anyone can find drivers for windows server 2012r2

usually solved by the drivers. OS what? if Windows, then there must be undefined devices that need to be identified and drivers installed.
