Best file system for an SSD on a netbook?

I'm going to install linux on my Eee PC 2G Surf (700) .
As I understand it, in order to prolong the life of an SSD disk, you need to:
a) Cut off SWAP
b) Install an unjournaled file system, or even better, one tailored for flash
Question: what kind of unjournaled file system and what options do you recommend for installation on a netbook?

File system - ext4 with journal disabled; set noatime,commit=120 in the mount parameters (if you need a UPS on the desktop, and a live battery on the netbook, because the write cache will merge every 120 seconds); /tmp and /var/[log|run] put in tmpfs. For greater importance, mount the root in read-only mode, and move /var and /home to separate partitions. True, not all distributions like such things.

On servers with SSDs, we set noatime.

In general, ideally, you need to reduce the write of information to disk to zero, i.e. to make the netbook work only with RAM, when I used a flash drive with Windows installed on it, I used EWF to prevent the flash drive from dying prematurely. Unfortunately, I don't know any alternatives for *nix EWF(

What distribution kit did you decide to install, if not a secret?
