Best cooler for AMD A10-5800K?

And also - preferably - how to monitor the temperature under Ubuntu 12.10 and can it be regulated?
Motherboard - GA F2A75-D3H.
I had to buy the first cooler that came across (DeepCool Gamma A50).
Protsik at the nominal frequency with this cooler does not pass stress tests, at 3.5-3.6 after 10-100 seconds the motherboard beeps about overheating (set to 80C).
It works stably only at 3.4 GHz, although CPU_NB and the frequency of the video core have been slightly raised.
I would like a cooler with PWM, as silent as possible without load and able to cool normally in a small overclock

It's strange that there are no recommendations.
Active Google reading so far inclines towards the Scythe Katana 4 model

@plin2s

For the warmest processors, I would go for something with direct heatpipe contact.
GlacialTech Igloo H46 Silent, for example
, or with a copper base and a large number of tubes, such as Cooler Master V6
But the main question is - do you want to drive it? If yes, it is better to look at more serious options.
