The computer stopped starting/passing through the post, the processor cooler is spinning normally, and the video card cooler is running like crazy. What could be the reason?
After reboot it turns on.
mother asus p5b deluxe
videos ati radeon ati radeon 5560

It looks like the power supply is weird. Try changing and see what happens.
