Best CMS/Wiki for User Documentation
Given: an enterprise web application without any documentation. We need to make a website that would store both documentation for ordinary users and technical documentation for IT guys using our API.
Q: What is the best CMS to use? The requirements are as follows:
- It is preferable that the platform be .NET, although, in general, other platforms are also suitable;
- you need to replace the authorization procedure with your own.
I have never worked from the inside with documentation portals, so I will be glad if someone points out some underwater rake unknown to me, such as the desired integration with bug trackers, etc.

Confluence ( example docks ), though it costs a little money (moreover, you will give more for Russification) and java. But I didn't find the best...
MindTouch DekiWiki is the least sane one available for .NET. But my opinion is not so authoritative. I actively worked with WIKI systems only under PHP.
