Need material on Entity Framework 6 or Entity Framework Core and SQL Server 2014 and above. Recommend good literature, preferably with a detailed explanation of the principles of work and details for back-end developers. Something like Freeman's ASP.NET book series or Richter's CLR book series.

There is a lot of useful information in the Microsoft docks themselves, you can look at Julie Lerman's blog / courses / books, but here you need to look at the EF version. And from the fresh one, I liked this book on EF Core .
