Bench for performance testing?
I got carried away with a home project that suddenly grew out of a simple benchmark.
The plans are to collect a knowledge base that would allow not to write a bicycle every time.

If I correctly understood the meaning of your project (experimenting with algorithms), then here are my Wishlist:
- Graphs, charts and other visualizations;
- Multithreading - to test parallelizable algorithms;
- API, so that you can easily climb into the "stand" from applications;
— Tested algorithms are written in a C-like language;
- Open source. And no third-party proprietary dependencies.
