Where to start studying in this direction? I hope there are people here who understand this. I will be grateful for the answers

С чего начать изучение хакинга и взлома, как хобби или whitehat? (там же есть и мой ответ).
Начать стоит с чтения УК РФ. (или УК вашей страны)
