Because of what interference (Noise, stripes, artifacts, etc.) on the monitor (not because of the video card) (I think because of the capacitors)?

Good afternoon, at first the connector for the power cord loosened (soldered out) on the monitor, then I soldered it. Then I tested the monitor without assembling it, the test went well (about an hour) and there were no noises. Then I assembled it into a case and stripes and various noises appeared, then I took it apart again and tried to firmly fix the connectors. At first the stripes disappeared, but after a few minutes they appeared, but not stripes, but various noises. At the moment, when you start the monitor, there is noise on the floor of the monitor. During disassembly, it was found that a couple of capacitors were half swollen (not much). But why did the noise appear only now? Monitor BENQ FP71G. Noise after all appears at malfunction konder?
