Because of what in 1C 8.3. one user logs in normally, and the other hangs up when trying to log in?

1Sniki alone did something, updated the platform, it is not clear after what actions today, when trying to log in under one specific user, the 1C client "freezes". in task manager - not responding. At the same time, the load on the disk is 100% (this process creates it). And exactly the same situation on the second computer with this user. You select other user - connection goes.
I copied the base for the test so that it was locally available, the same thing - the load on the disk also hangs. I cleaned the caches in AppData at 1C ... I don’t know what else to do?
1 These sniki say that they are not in business) and do not know what to do themselves.
The database itself is approximately 450mb. dad 1C8Log weighs a lot - 4.5 giga (but locally when I tried it, I did not copy its contents).

Judging by the fact that the problem is reproduced after clearing the cache and in the copy, the probability of "novelties" in the configuration is high. Since you made a copy anyway, then go to this user in debug mode with the performance measurement enabled, after a while of "hanging" turn off the measurement and look at the first lines in the report.
