Batch source formatting (php/html/js + mix)?

Advise tulza with which you can batch format the source. The most customizable, and what would process native templates with JS inserts.
Preferably with preinstalled profiles (Zend/Symfony1), php 5.3 support.
The formatter included with Netbeans latest stable version works for me, but each file needs to be opened by hand. Is there a macro for this?

If NetBeans formatting suits you, then the " Format Files " plugin is just what you are looking for.

if NB doesn't suit you, maybe you should try IDEA or other "php-versions" of PhpStorm?
