Bash how to request superuser rights via GUI

I think most people know how programs such as Gparted, Synaptic, BleachBit (as root), etc. open. As soon as we open the program, the system immediately asks for a password for root access through a small window. In the terminal, you can simply add "sudo " to the beginning of the command and enter the password. But what if I do not want to open a program (or just a self-written script) through the terminal, but open it "just like that"? How to get superuser rights in this case?
