Is there any database where you can see which components are used in a particular device. I tried to find information about the brand of the screen in the Ritmix RGP-550 navigator in order to order a replacement, but so far it has failed completely.

There is no specific base. As a rule, there are bases from manufacturers. who walk around service centers, but large manufacturers usually have them. Usually it looks after the fact, right by the inscription on the screen, the part number is written on the back of the display.
