Bannerroller script or a third-party service?

Good day!
You need to rotate several banners of local advertisers on a small site, get simple statistics (impressions, uniques, clicks).
What would be the easiest way to do this? Are there simple scripts for this? Or a not very sophisticated third-party service? The panel for the advertiser is not needed.
I know OpenX. In my opinion, this is too big a monster for my tasks.
