Bad keys, how to fix?

When you press some of the laptop keys (2, f2, esc) once, nothing happens. With a long press on one of the keys (20-30 seconds), all of the keys start working for 10-20 minutes, then stop again. What could be the problem, how can I fix it without calling the wizard? Thank you in advance for your response.

Most likely, the matter may be in the cable connecting the keyboard to the board, or something happened to the key sensors of the keyboard itself (which transmit a signal), but maybe something happened programmatically. I haven't had this problem myself, so I can't really say for sure.
